[1] Morocco’s aerospace industry has witnessed strong growth over the past two decades. In 2024, exports in aerospace industry exceeded 30 billion dirhams, which is a 15% increase compared to 2023. This growth is the result of two main factors: Morocco expanded its export markets beyond Europe to the United States and Asia, and production increased in major industrial zones such as Casablanca Midparc and the Tanger Free Zone.
[2] This development is the result of long-term planning under the Industrial Acceleration Plan (PAI) since its launch in 2014. Today, the industry employs more than 25000 people. Local, specialized training institutions, such as the Institute of Aeronautical Professions (IMA), have played a major role in preparing skilled workers. More than 38% of the workforce is now highly qualified thanks to the diverse training programs.
[3] In February, 2026, King Mohammed VI launched the establishment of a new Safran Group factory in Nouacer. The factory is specialized in producing aircraft landing gear systems. Safran has been present in Morocco for 26 years now, and employs about 5000 people in 10 different factories; 70% of the employees are women. The investment in this new project is expected to exceed 280 million euros and will create around 500 direct jobs. The factory will operate entirely on carbon-free energy, in line with Morocco’s environmental and green industries policy.
[4] Ryad Mezzour, Minister of Industry and Trade, emphasized that the partnership with Safran has helped transfer expertise in aerospace industry, develop local skills, and strengthen Morocco’s role in this field. The strategic location of Morocco will allow Safran to meet growing global demand for aircraft and bring production closer to European manufacturers such as Airbus and Boeing.
[5] To reduce its dependence on traditional sectors such as agriculture, Morocco is developing a network of high-technology industries. The aerospace sector creates high-skilled and stable jobs, encourages technology transfer, and supports the growth of local enterprises. “We warmly thank the Moroccan government for supporting these major industrial projects. By strengthening its presence in the country, Safran demonstrates its commitment to developing the Moroccan aerospace industry,” said Safran CEO Olivier Andriès.

Many students are enthusiastic about participating in school clubs, but they sometimes face some challenges. Write an e-mail to your headmaster explaining the challenges students face in their school clubs.
Dear Sir/Madam,
DO NOT WRITE YOUR NAME OR SIGN THE EMAIL.
Model Email Framework:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this email on behalf of several school club members to draw your attention to some challenges we face. While there is strong student enthusiasm, certain obstacles restrict our growth.
First of all, the complete lack of equipment and funding hinders our clubs from planning major projects. For instance, the scientific club lacks basic equipment to carry out experiments. Secondly, the heavy academic timetable leaves little free time for club meetings, forcing students to neglect club tasks. Lastly, we do not have an appropriately dedicated room inside the institution to safely gather and perform activities after class hours.
We sincerely hope you will address these constraints to help us build a more dynamic school atmosphere.
Respectfully yours,
